Jillian Pavadore, LMHC

Hi there, I'm Jillian! And I'm so glad you're here.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts with several years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families in the therapeutic setting. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Roger Williams University. I also hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Assumption University with concentrations in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family and Marriage Counseling. In addition to working in the private mental health setting, I have been fortunate enough to work in group home settings, child welfare, and community outreach in both direct care and supervisory roles. I have successfully worked with children, adolescents, and adults from a variety of diverse populations.

My Approach

As your therapist, it is my goal to create a warm, empathetic, and compassionate environment where you can feel comfortable to share, discuss,  and work towards positive, lasting change.

My theoretical framework is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-informed Treatment. I also utilize person-centered, solution-focused, and strengths-based approaches. I believe that empowering my clients to utilize their own strengths aids in the healing process and builds self-esteem. I encourage my clients to develop insight into their feelings and experiences, teach coping and communication strategies, and strive to find effective solutions together. With humor, active listening, and positivity, I aim to tailor my approach to each individual client’s unique needs.

I wholeheartedly believe that healing and happiness is possible for all who seek it, and I'm here to guide and support you on your journey.
